She is GREAT!!!!! If it was not for Katherine, we would have given up and still be looking. The listing realtor was to busy do luncheons and so on to get inspections competed. Katherine got the contractors scheduled and expedited all other work. She is a diamond amongst the rest and we had tried other realtors. You will not be disappointed! Katherine goes up and beyond and cared about clients. We received weekly updates and promptly replied to e-mails and calls.

Katie is a phenomenal realtor, she will find you exactly what you’re looking for and make the whole process smooth. She goes above and beyond and I highly recommend her 100 times over!
